1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the 230 platform via our website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the terms and conditions contained herein. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 230.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately. Continued use after changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The 230 platform is open only to users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited and may lead to account closure.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is allowed to have only one active account at any given time. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual violates these terms and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts, including funds held within.
During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. 230 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to confirm your details. Failure to provide verification documents within the designated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. Any activity under your account is considered your own. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact the 230 support team immediately at [email protected].

- Make sure the email address linked to your account is always active and accessible.
- Update your personal information if there are any changes.
- Log out from public or shared devices after using the platform.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 230 platform agree to use the service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are prohibited and may lead to immediate account closure:
- Fraud, identity falsification, or providing false information during registration or verification.
- Money laundering or using the platform for suspicious financial activities.
- System intrusion, hacking attempts, or any actions that may compromise platform security.
- Use of automation software, bots, or third-party scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions unlawfully.
- Abuse of bonuses or promotions in ways not intended by 230.
230 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these terms and take appropriate actions, including temporary suspension or permanent account closure, as well as freezing associated funds during investigation.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 230 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring the payment methods used belong to them and comply with legal requirements. Using someone else’s payment method without authorization is prohibited.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform’s current policies, which may change from time to time. Updated transaction limit information can be found in the user account section after logging in.
Withdrawals will be processed within the specified time after the withdrawal request is approved and identity verification (KYC) is complete. 230 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions involved.
Any transaction suspected of fraud or violating these terms may be suspended for investigation. Funds related to proven fraudulent activities will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property

230 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts for reasons including violation of terms, suspected fraudulent activities, failure to provide verification documents, or at the user’s own request. Users wishing to voluntarily close their accounts may contact customer support for assistance.
Limitation of Liability
The 230 platform is provided on an “as is” basis without any express or implied warranties. 230 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or game outcomes. Users acknowledge that all betting and gaming involves financial risk and accept full responsibility for their own decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 230 platform—including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software code—is the exclusive property of 230 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without written permission from 230.
